CUBIQ FOODS develops and produces cultivated fat from animal cells and adapts them to the needs of industrial clients.
Being of animal origin guarantees a “traditional” flavour when applied to bread, baked goods, pizzas, beverages, dairy and meat products.
The incorporation of long-chain omega-3, DHA + EPA, using CUBIQ SMART FOMEGA-3, allows the final product to be labelled as “High in omega-3”.
By using healthy CUBIQ SMART FAT of animal origin, the quality of breads or biscuits can be improved. Additionally, it allows a reduction in the consumption of low-quality meat, replacing it with flavourful foods made from vegetable proteins.
